Before I took part in the Expedition through the Arctic, I had lived by a schedule. In the Arctic you lose sense of time. Having 24 hours of sunlight we could start our hiking at what we thought was 3 PM but it was actually 3 AM.
Our entire being was focused on one thing: survival.

a huge white bear. It was twice high than me. I was so scared that couldn’t even move. May be it saved my life. I was wearing white winter coat, white pants and white shoes. May be it didn’t see me, looking through the snow or may be it just wasn’t hungry. I will never forget this hiking trip!
