Saying “Good-bye” to Mummy bear and Daddy bear Snowy joyfully started his way. He had been going for the whole day but still everything was white around him. “Is there anything different in this world?” thought the little bear. Soon he felt himself tired and decided to have some rest. Snowy dragged out of the rucksack his pillow, put it on the ice floe. Then he lay down and slept. And he had a surprise dream... Snowy finds himself out in the Jungle. There are a lot of beautiful plants and high trees. Everything is green around Snowy. “Oh, it's wonderful!” says Snowy. Suddenly he sees a litlle coloured bird. It is a humming-bird. Both are very surprised to see each other. “Who are you?” asks the humming-bird. “I am Snowy. I have never been to such place like this. And who are you?” “I am a humming -bird”, answers the bird. “And I have never seen such an animal like you. You are so white”. “Let's become friends. Show me this forest”, offers Snowy and they go together. Monkey-gossip sees the white near and tells the animals all over the Jungle that news. A terrible and savage lion hears about it and want to eat the little white bear. So he looks for Snowy in the Jungle. Coming along the pathway Snowy and the humming-bird are chattering joyfully. It doesn't enter their heads that they are in danger. Suddenly the large lion appears and rushes at Snowy. The poor bear runs away trying to save his life. But he is so little and the large lion almost catches Snowy. At that time the humming-bird asks a kind elephant to help the white near and the elephant drives the lion away. While circling over the frightened Snowy the humming-bird sheds its small brightly coloured feather. It drops just in the bear's pad. And... Snowy woke up. “What a strange dream I have had”, said Snowy and saw a brightly coloured feather in its pad. “I must show it my Mummy and Daddy!” And Snowy ran home quickly.
