Snowy is a little polar bear cub. He lives in the northern Arctic with his family. Mummy bear, Daddy bear and Snowy can see ice and snow everywhere every day. They like swimming from ice floe to ice floe and digging holes in snow banks.
One day Snowy says, "I’m tired of this ice and snow. I’m going to live where I can see something quite different."

So the little polar bear went out of his hole, found three little floes and five snowflakes and put them into his box. Then he put the ropes of the balloons in his paws and flew.
Suddenly a big bird appeared and sat on the balloons. At first the little bear was afraid, but then he saw a land. It was Africa! Many different animals were running to the little bear. There were giraffes, lions, tiger, monkeys and elephants. They were very friendly. The little bear was very happy too. He opened his box and wanted to give his presents to his new friends…
But he saw nothing. There was but only water.
- Where are my presents? - He was very sad and began to cry.
Suddenly he heard his mother’s voice:
- What’s the matter, my son? Don’t cry!
He opened his eyes and understood that it was a dream…
