My Expedition.

Before I took part in the Expedition through the Arctic, I had lived by a schedule. In the Arctic you lose sense of time. Having 24 hours of sunlight we could start our hiking at what we thought was 3 PM but it was actually 3 AM.
Our entire being was focused on one thing: survival.
That day or night (I can’t say for sure) I was on polar bear watch while the others were sleeping.
I didn’t have to fall asleep so I looked outside for some fresh air and came face to face with a ...

polar bear.
In a couple of days we were best friends.
We played and played all year long.
One day when we were playing, the polar bear froze!
So I took the baby polar bear to my igloo.
I put a fire in my fire place.
I cuddled the polar bear until it was time for me to go to bed.
In the morning I saw the polar bear making a bi mess!
In one month I let the polar bear go free. It made me feel good.
The polar bear needed to mate with a boy so she could have babies of her own.
