Before I took part in the Expedition through the Arctic, I had lived by a schedule. In the Arctic you lose sense of time. Having 24 hours of sunlight we could start our hiking at what we thought was 3 PM but it was actually 3 AM.
Our entire being was focused on one thing: survival.
That day or night (I can’t say for sure) I was on polar bear watch while the others were sleeping.
I didn’t have to fall asleep so I looked outside for some fresh air and came face to face with a ...

snowman.
Certainly, I was frightened, but I was very surprised.
Snowmen is known not to be on the Earth, but this yeti was seen by my eyes.
Sometimes I watch TV program about mysticism.
And there was a seria about snowmen.
Yetis is said to be in the North, but I don not belive that yetis are.
Suddenly the snowman cried, and I has jumped back into my tent.
But after some minutes I have a curiosity, and my head has been put out by me outside.
I saw nothing. There was a darkness also stars brightly shined. It was a silence.
Only bursts of ocean were distributed.
But suddenly ... somebody has seized me by a head.
It seems I was carried to the water. I tried to beat.
But big white paws have strong seized me. I I was very frightened and have cried.
When I was 8 years old, I was played by my friend in a costume of yeti.
His mother works in a theatre.
In the childhood I was frightened, but now even bigger, than then.
I was waving hands when I cassually pulled down a hand of the snowman.
I was delighted. Suddenly the yeti has very loudly laughed.
And I was not understand as the snowman can laugh without a head.
I nevertheless was released from paws of the yetis and have turned back.
And I hardly have not fallen.
The snowman was my friend who played me in the childhood.
We have been laughing for a long time.
